Hickory were appointed to refurbish and extend this 1896 property. The focus was to add a modern built extension while retaining original historic features, style and design as a piece of heritage.
An example of this is removing and refitting the original stone mullion windows into the new extension.
We added new Portland stone sections, cornice, skirting’s, bullseye windows, bespoke oak doors and panelling. All of these match existing details of the original house.
We also constructed a new driveway.
